Happy New Year Resolutions

Happy New Year!

These are my New Year Resolutions:

1. To complete one project per half term (six weeks)
2. To not start any completely brand new projects (see 3 below)
3. To only add to projects that I already have figures and/or rules for.

I've already set out my plans for 2010 but, in order to start with something relatively undaunting, I'm going to postpone the Germans for In the Heart of Africa as they look a bit too heavy for the first project of the year.

As a result I've decided to kick in with my 10/12mm ARVN for Cold War Commander plus, as a Plan B, a scratch late war Fallschirmjager Kampfgruppe for Blitzkrieg Commander II (assuming my copy of the new rulebook arrives in the next few days).

I'm aiming to get one of these shifted by my birthday on the 18th of January, so that I can follow with second small project in the second three or four weeks of the half term.

I've already dusted off the boxes of figures to work out what I need in terms of basing and will get started on the ARVN this evening, if all goes to plan.
