Truimph and Tragedy in the Sudan

Here are some slightly wonky photos of the Sudan game that Mark Backhouse ran at the club this evening. It was a very close run thing at times but the plucky jack tars and stalwart Royal Marines of the HM Naval Brigade were suitably resolute and sent the Dervishes packing. The terrain and figures were superb, as was the flow of the game, which was mainly due to the umpire's guidance and explanation of the rules. A jolly good game which all of the players really enjoyed. You can't ask for more than that!

  1. Now that looks like a wonderful game! It reminds that I promised myself to dig out some of my unpainted Perrys at some point.

  2. Wow impressive!!! T + T is my favourite ruleset, I even adopted it for the War for Troy.
