Bayonet and Ideology Game

The SCW game this evening turned out to be a bit of a debacle for the Republicans with a clear victory for the Nationalists pretty much on the cards from the start. As a result of some pretty dodgy dice in the recce phase, I ended up with a tiny on-table force which was vastly outnumbered and struggled to hold onto the objectives throughout the game. I did manage to inflict some damage on the enemy but in the end it was a bit of a disaster. I'm looking forward to the next game, however, in which we'll be trying out some different forces.
