Second World War Infantry Tactics

 

Now that the BTH2 game is out of the way, I'm planning to finish off the Bolt Action US project over the next week or so. I only need to paint the boots before I can give them the Army Painter dip treatment, followed by some detailing before they're ready for base texturing. After that, it's on to the vehicle and AFV's but they shouldn't take too long to paint up.

 

I'm also reading this book on the Kindle which should prove to be useful once I get the figures onto the gaming table and will provide me with some further insights into US late war tactics, alongside the excellent coverage in Chain of Command. I'm hoping to set up a game once I've finished the platoon so that I can try thngs out.
