The Sarissa Precision Japanese mdf landing craft kits arrived today and I've unpacked one for a quick inspection. The hull and main structural elements are laser cut mdf but the framing is laser cut 1mm card, which is a bit different compared to the building kits that I've put together in the past. It may require a little more preparation before painting but I think this mixed media format will look pretty good, once I've assembled and undercoated the various components.
Interesting. Laser cut card products are not something I have tried yet, but plenty are available in the small scale model/railway hobby world. The instructions appear to be well detailed.
