MiG Alley USMC / RN Update





I have moved the USMC Corsairs, RN Sea Furies and Fireflies a bit further forward today, completing most of the blocking in, base shading, washing and highlighting, leaving the detailing for later in the week. This will be a challenge as it involves the black and white ID stripes on the RN aircraft, together with the cowling bands on the USMC fighter bombers, not to mention the fiddly decals. I'm quite pleased with the overall look so far, despite a few 'ho hum' moments along the way!

    Army Painter Wolf Grey / Foundry French Gun Olive Green Light (a bit obscure but does the trick!)
