Workbench Upgrade

We bought a couple of picture frames in IKEA last week but ended up not needing them in the end, so I thought I'd make use of one to frame a poster that I bought in France a couple of years ago. It fitted the frame perfectly but the other half refused permission for me to put it up in the house for some inexplicable reason. So, I've now upgraded the business end of the workbench with a splendid bit of 1930's French poster art, covering up an unsightly stack of terrain boxes and adding a sandy backdrop of an exotic colonial outpost somewhere in the deserts of North Africa. You can almost smell the heady whiff of Gitanes and camel poo. Zut Alors!

  1. I think it would look better overlooking the dining room table. Cool, though...

  2. Now that looks very sharp! Make sure you keep the dreaded splash of cleaning brushes away from it though :^)

  3. Well I think the other half has missed a trick there, it looks rather splendid to me.

  4. Very nice, be careful with those splashes of washes and primer that seem to liberally cover everything within a 4ft radius of my painting desk.
