I've been working through some of my back log of unfinished projects recently and have got to a point where I need to pick the next one to do. I had considered the 1/2400th scale Napoleonic naval project, as this is on my 'to do' list, but it's not really an incomplete project as I haven't actually started it yet aside from assembling the French fleet. So, it's back to the things I've got half way through and then shoved back onto the shelves above the workbench.
The next project to be tackled and finished will therefore be the Cruel Seas boats, which I started last year but which I failed to finish, changing my mind several times about which way to go with them. The original plan was to put together the 5th S-Botte Flotilla c1943, so I'll go back to the beginning and do that, having already started painting the models. I'll also paint up the other Kriegsmarine models that I have collected since then including some R-Boats, a VP Boat and a minesweeper.
It will be a nice change from painting tiny ship models!
