What a Really Useful Gun!

I received my order from Irregular Miniatures today of a stonking Schneider 120mm TR1915 howitzer, which I am going to use with my Back of Beyond Bolshevik army. I didn't realise that the Really Useful Gun range was available in 25/28mm, as I assumed it was only for 1/76th / 20mm / 15mm scale, but I stumbled across the larger scale models by accident. This is a very impressive piece of kit and really good value at £6.60 including postage. I've blu-tacked it together next to some Copplestone gun crew so you can see what it looks like in size and scale. It's a great addition to my Bolshevik artillery and I'm now thinking of getting some more guns for my Chinese and Turkish Back of Beyond lead pile. Excellent!

  1. That is a fine looking artillery piece. Irregular have an excellent offering with a wide range across many scales.

  2. A nice little piece. I bought some of their Really Useful range a while ago for Colonial gaming and they're excellent.
