Nakajima Ki-27's on the Painting Table

I managed to get the rest of the Ki-27's assembled, undercoated and base coated today, so that I have the eighteen that I need for the various scenarios I'm working on. The first nine will be painted up as 24th Sentai, 1st Chutai aircraft, with red and white striped tails, while the other nine will have the red lightning bolt and red wheel struts of the 11th Sentai, 2nd Chutai - the famous 'Red Legged Hawks'. At the moment they've just had a basecoat of Vallejo Pale Grey Blue and are now waiting for an ink wash before they get a highlight. I've also assembled a single Ki-15 'Babs' reconnaissance aircraft, which I can use for those ubiquitous escort missions over the enemy frontlines.
