I'm getting the bits and bobs ready for a play test of the first scenario for the Khalkhin Gol project tomorrow, which involves a shotai of three Ki-27's intercepting an R-5 and two I-16's on an escorted recce mission. The cards have all been printed, cut out and put into plastic sleeves, with the aircraft record sheets filled in and printed out as well. I'm hoping to get a couple of games in to test out the scenario, as it shouldn't take long to run through, assuming I can remember all the rules?
Lovely looking cards Jim. I am just getting on the BTH bandwagon, years late as ever. Where did you source the aids?
ReplyDeleteIt's a good game..but takes a bit of getting used to. The bogey counters are from Warbases (custom acrylic tokens)
ReplyDeleteHow bout the cards are they DIY?
DeleteYes, they just done in WORD using word art and pictures from the web. Nothing fancy but I do laminate them or stick them in plastic covers to keep them from getting tatty.
