Franco Thai War Project Plane Packs

I've just put in an order with Tumbling Dice to supplement the models that I already have for the French and Thai aircraft. I have raided various boxes to find enough Fokker DXXI's, Morane Saulnier MS406 and Nakajima B5N Kates to equip each side. I've now ordered a pack each of Curtiss Hawk III Goshawks and Vought V93 Corsairs, as well as three packs of Martin B-10 bombers, which should be enough to cover most potential scenarios. I have also got a couple of Bristol Fighters from my WW1 stash which will possibly do as Potez 25's with a bit of reshaping and trimming, so it's looking like a very feasible project. The only thing I now need are some decals for the Thai aircraft?

  1. I have been following your Russian/Japanese games with interest. I love that you keep adding more obscure subjects to your list! Best of luck with the Thai decals, I have been having trouble finding them in 1/72nd scale. If you find a source please be sure to post it (it will save everyone else LOADS of searching)

    Carry on boldly!

    1. Anton, Siam Scale Decals used to do extensive sets for 1/72. Though it's worth noting that you can also get RTAF kits from a number of Czech and Polish manufacturers that come with the proper decals.

  2. I'm hoping that Dan at Flight Deck Decals might be able to do something...

  3. Miscellaneous Miniatures is a must for any 1/600 decals. If he doesn’t have it, you can send him the reference material and he will design it for you. Because he can turn around and sell it I think he only charges 5.00 USD for a sheet.
