I've written up the scenario briefing for the INWarD 2022 Broadside and Ram game on Saturday, with one or two minor tweaks to make it more realistic. The action now takes place of Le Havre, with the French Northern Fleet demonstrating along the coast to challenge Royal Navy control of the English Channel. The Royal Navy has to inflict a defeat on the Marine Imperiale in order to reinforce its dominance and force the French to bottle up their fleet in Cherbourg, Brest and Lorient. I'll work out the order of battle for the divisions on both sides later but this is a good start.
