I have a Back of Beyond game in a couple of weeks, with my opponent fielding a formidable British Expeditionary column complete with all the whistles and bells, although thankfully without any air support. Nonetheless, I expect to be seriously outgunned so I've been thinking of ways to boost the Bolshevik's anti-armour firepower without having to paint up any new infantry or cavalry units. I have hit on a cunning plan, which involves hiring an arms dealer character using the campaign rules, allowing me to deploy an additional field gun. This will require a model to be built and painted, which isn't too much trouble as I have one in the spares box. All I need is some Humbrol Grass Green spray to basecoat it with and I'll be able to get cracking!
