I thought my Napoleonic squadron was looking a little feeble this morning, so I've quickly added three more ships of the line, a fourth rate 64, a third rate 74 and a third rate 80, bringing the total to twelve plus the 98 gun second rate flagship. The decks now need tidying up with some matt black before I start on the fiddly and time consuming matt white base coating.
TD ships are lovely but they are a bit tedious to paint. Took me a while to find the right 'style' so I was happy with them, but they are worth the effort
ReplyDeleteIt's all the blocking in that makes it a bit of a slog...once that's out of the way it's not too bad.
