1/2400th Ellet Ram Scratchbuilds

I got side lined this morning and made two generic ram gunboats for my Messing about on the River solo campaign, one loosely based on CSS Colonel Lovell and the other on CSS Planter, although they are both fairly generic. They're also to scale this time if a bit wide in the beam but I had to make them like that to fit the spare bases that I set aside for barges. I enjoyed making these two and they will be additional strength for my Confederate river defence flotilla. I quite fancy making a ferry boat now, based on the Commodore Perry but I really should be getting on with the USS Lafayette instead.
