NEWSFLASH - Putango Army Advances (Reuters)

In a dramatic escalation of the Putango - Mbote border dispute, units of the KRAP have advanced across the Tchumba River into disputed Mbote territory. The situation is confused but reports from the scene indicate rebel armour and infantry units have made an unopposed move into the border zone and are preparing for an expected Mbote Defence Force counterattack.
