It's been slow going with the 1/2400th monitors for the North Atlantic Squadron, as I've been snowed under with a back log of work, but the bases have now been painted and the models base coated in Vallejo Black, ready for highlighting in Vallejo German Grey. I normally paint the bases at the end of the process but it makes more sense with the monitors to do it at the start, minus the white wakes and bow waves. I have a day off today but have even more work to do at home, so I may or may not get some time in at the workbench to move them a bit further forward?
