US Ironclads for Broadside and Ram

I've almost finished the monitors for the US North Atlantic Squadron, so have done some number crunching to work out their respective ratings in Broadside and Ram terms. This has involved some guesswork based on comparison with the numbers in the rules for other, similar monitors with the Swedish John Ericsson class being the baseline from which I've been working.
