No, not a Brazilian dance style, it's the Chilean protected cruiser now in the Tumbling Dice catalogue. I used the similar Japanese cruiser Yoshino for my version, which looked the part even though a little to long, but I can now replace that with the correct model. The Yoshino will now get a repaint in the correct Japanese scheme with a white hull and be set aside as a starting point for the Sino Japanese War, something I've fancied doing for quite a while.
