Nyamwezi Test Base

           

I didn't get much done last weekend, for obvious reasons, apart from a test base for Death in the Dark Continent. These two Foundry figures are the first base of the first unit for my Nyamwezi army, in this case a spear armed skirmisher one. I'm now debating if I should glue them to the base or stick them into a lolly stick for painting, although I don't think it will make much of a difference. I may also base up the rest of the unit and paint them in one go, just to see how quickly I can get one completed. After all, it's not exactly the equivalent of painting Napoleonics and there's only twelve figures to do!
