The Argentine Fight for the Falklands

I've not been not very well over the last couple of days so have been stuck in bed, reading this as a change from the usual. It's nearly forty years since the Falklands War but it was a major event when I was at school, so I've always been interested in the conflict. I hadn't read anything from an Argentinean angle about the war, however, so this book was really fascinating and is highly recommended.

  1. I have his "Fight For The Malvinas" book from around 1990. Is this a revised edition?

  4. Well more than a little "off track" Los Chicos de la Guerra had me in stiches when it described the Gurkha assault. Hooked up to Sony Walkmans and allegedly high as kites! The whole book is comedy gold. When I bought it I thought it may be an account from the other side of the hill. It wasn't...
