This weekend I'm setting aside some time to get the 1/600th scale Hawker Hurricanes shifted further along toward completion, with the bulk of the painting to be completed over the next couple of days. For something so tiddly, they have really been taking far too long, primarily due to a lack of spare time but also because the workbench in the garage has been flipping freezing! I only have about a week before we're due to leave for the holidays, assuming we don't all test positive, so I really do need to get them painted and ready for some decals if I'm to stand any chance of starting my Finest Hour campaign this side of February?
