Tchanka Very Much!

I sent an enquiry off to Sarissa Precision about a week ago, asking if they'd thought of producing a 28mm mdf kit of a Tchanka, those neat little horse drawn, machine gun armed carts that were widely used by both sides in the Russian Civil War and First World War.
To my surprise, they've come up with this little beauty and will be test cutting and assembling one next week. I'm really pleased that they've been so responsive and have designed something that I'm sure a lot of people will be very interested in.

I'm looking forward to seeing some photos of the assembled model next to some 28mm figures. I'm planning to deploy mine when they are released in the Back of Beyond, using some Copplestone machine gun teams for crews, but I'm sure a lot of people will use them for WW2.

  1. Excellent, they really are producing some top quality gear at the moment.

  2. It's a Golden Age to be a gamer. Nice response from Sarissa.

  3. Wonderful. I feel my Russian Civil War collection seeing the light of day again!
